Economic activity and overall activity in MTA seem to be on the decline as of late.

To reverse this development and stimulate the local economy, Bank of Rokko is offering a stimulus package of 128d to the first person to set up a reasonably stocked shop in the MTA Mall (or elsewhere within 300 blocks the voter tree) selling at least the following items:

• Enchanted diamond picks (at least E4 and ST must be available)
• Enchanted diamond shovels (at least E3)
• Enchanted diamond axes (at least E4)

Additional grants will likely be provided for other categories of goods in the future, and may also be provided as awards for well-maintained shops in the city!

In other news, Bank of Rokko Mineral Exchange is now open to the public with new adjusted rates. Come exchange your iron, diamonds, and XP just east of the voter tree, and trade your small quantities of ore into the smelted products!
