Currently, roads are considered private builds/structures. Technically speaking, everyone needs to have their builds 4 blocks away from the roads. If you walk around Mt Augusta for 1 minute, you will see that almost every build ignores this law and houses are often bumped up right next to the roads.
I propose that Article IV, section A be changed so builds are allowed to touch roads without having a 4 block buffer zone. The definition of a road will be, "a long flat paved path way leading from one place to another. Typically built with stone slabs and quartz stairs. Example".
