The idea of expanding the office of Cartographer to be responsible for maintaining a map of claimed property within the borders of Mount Augusta, and also to be able to notarize any agreements on land within the city changing hands was floated about in Mumble.
Since this is a large upgrade to the office, they would have to become their own major office under the Mayor, where the Mayor could either add the Cartographer's responsibilities to their own or appoint/elect one as is done with the Diplomat.
Thoughts?
