All mentions of ‘Diplomat’ in the Constitution would be changed to ‘King.’

Article V, Section B, Part III-A would be removed.

Article V, Section B, Part III-B and C would be changed to:

> a. The Mayor may delegate decision-making powers on matters of foreign policy to the King on a case-by-base basis when faced with international issues.

> b. No treaties or agreements made with any foreign entity shall violate this constitution or the Bill of Rights.

Article V, Section C, Part VI would be changed to:

> vi. The King’s term of office is indefinite, and can be terminated by either the King’s resignation or by recall.

Article V, Section C, Part VII would be changed to:

> vii. When the office of King is vacant, a new King is elected according to the regular procedures of a Mount Augusta election.

At the passage of this Bill, the election process for electing a new King will begin immediately.
