Hey guys, I talked to WP via PM and he's not going to obstruct us in regards to land. He's given his land away to various people. I'm going to ask him if I can post the entirety of his comment here, but for now I'll just post on who owns what, and maybe a little snippet.

According to WP:

• The Teutonic bar will go to you, Njordomir.

• The Plaza will also go to you, even though I do not think there will ever be a Train Station there, even though this would be the best position for it, so make with this what you want.

• The Shard Border Shop will go to SerraNova, she was always a friendly person and I offered it to her originally when Fraz went offline.

• My main-ownership of the Trade District should also go to Njordomir.

• WP didn't specify WHO gets his treehouse, but he made some indications in his comments which I will hopefully post later.

What I intend to do:

• Figure out where the Teutonic bar is located. Maybe turn it into a rest stop with a bed so that travelers can set spawn, possibly put a dispenser filled with baked potatoes.

• We've actually been talking about the plaza already. Develey, Serra, Doughy, and I would like to see the plaza and trade district spruced up. I think we can make this happen no problem. Let's try to get some potential designs layed down on creative servers and so and then we can figure out what we like. I do think that it's an ideal location for a transit station, and having it low to the ground would make ewolf's badass mountain more visible. Maybe we could even extend one of the mountain ridges out a little bit so it looks less flat.

• Serra's and me should talk about the trade district. We've been thinking that some nice wall2wall buildings would look way better than the collection of tiny, mostly junky, shacks that are there now. We're thinking a main street, downtown kind of look, maybe with a google sheet containing all the items in stock like we had in 2.0. This would make it much more accessible to the rest of the world. People could look immediately and see if we carry something they need and where in town to find it.

• I'm really not sure what to do with the treehouse. Let's wait and see on that one.

If someone wants to help develop some of these projects, we can make that work. I think the trade district and plaza should be our first priority.
