Someone has been modifying things near Railen District. Me and 5.0 noticed the following:

-Someone is encouraging people to mine in the toodle mines, in the middle of the city

-Someone erected a cobble "newfriend wall" in toodle plaza

-someone put up signs pointing to the mines.

I'm confident that whoever did this, despite causing problems, has the best of intentions. I would like it if this person would come forward. I have various outlets for that positive energy in Thorne and such, and I can provide him or her with the tools to positively impact the community without causing these problems with rogue mines and such. We'd love another team member out here.

In the meantime, PLEASE don't mine under the city or other people's property.
