As to reference that last time I derelicted this plot:
It's a nice park. I could do some landscaping and open it up to the public. Maybe add an activity? Anyone interested in a roller coaster? I'm open to suggestions.
Since other people are trying to derelict it as well, and esf hasn't responded to inquiry, can I go on with my plans of making it a public park?
I know jeffthebaker lives next-door and wants to build on the land a bit, so I don't mind letting him build on the land.
