[BILL] Repeal the Voting Eligibility Reform Act

It seemed like a good idea, until it came time for it to be useful during an election. This bill has disfranchised some of the most invested members of Mount Augusta. I'm not saying we don't need to do something about vote rigging, but as it stands this bill has done more harm to Mount Augusta than it has helped.
Therefore I propose that the voter eligibility goes back to the way it was before this bill was enacted.
