Old proposal to amend Article III, Part F, Section i (changes in bold):
Where claims exist outside of Mt.Augusta's borders, the claimant may post a claim for the pearl on the Mount Augusta subreddit with evidence. A vote will be held by residents of Augusta. A 3/4 vote in favour of extradition is required, at which point the Bailiff is responsible for the handing over of said pearl to the claimant once the imprisoned have served their time and paid reparations for the previous case. This vote must pass to take the pearl of a criminal either pearled, or transferred to a vault, within the borders of Mount Augusta outside the borders of Mount Augusta.
