Kiss My Glass LLC Summary Kiss My Glass LLC, hereafter referred to as KMG, is a glass wholesaler and retailer operating out of the city of Mount Augusta. It was formed in late April or early May. Target Market While KMG runs retail operations out of Al Ishaar, most of its income comes from deliveries of glass bottles to large XP producers. The acquisition of more of these large accounts is paramount to our short term growth goals. While large accounts do dominate our revenue streams, our Al Ishaar shop will always showcase our products and make available smaller quantities for those who do not maintain accounts with us. We will be analyzing demand in other cities to determine whether the construction of satellite shops in different municipalities is warranted. Competition To the best of our knowledge, KMG’s main competition is from do-it-yourself bottlers who would rather run their own batches of glass bottles. One of our main obstacles is convincing these producers that by purchasing glass from us they will be able to make their bottling operations more efficient and more productive leading to increased profits. Team KMG’s chief executive is Njordomir, a resident of Mount Augusta.
As a result of its partnership with the Thorne Newfriend Employment Centre, hereafter referred to as tNEC, KMG employs the services of a variety of independent contractors who act as suppliers for our raw product, sand. These contractors may be provided with tools and are compensated by the stack via shop chests in the employment center. Currently Njordomir handles all the production and delivery of the product; however, as the company grows we are looking to add several positions. Logistics Specialist (vacant): Our logistics specialist will be responsible for determining the best methods of transport for large orders and ensuring that product is delivered safely and on schedule. Director of Human Resources (vacant): Our director of HR will oversee raw product acquisition and recruitment of newfriends as sand miners. Director of Production and Acquisition (vacant): Our director of production will manage all activity in our production and warehousing facilities including warehousing product, running factories, ordering product from outside suppliers (dyes, charcoal, etc.), and setting up pickups and drop offs for local customers.

Properties KMG’s main offices are located in a two story building at 1N Arendt St. in the Thorne District on Mount Augusta’s West end. Currently, the basement level of the building is being fitted for warehousing and production. This is a temporary move while we accumulate the capital to invest in a larger and more complete facility. KMG’s retail activites, excluding bulk sales and deliveries, are conducted primarily out of our store-front in Al Ishaar.
KMG is actively seeking to acquire land in the vicinity of the Mount Augusta nether factory for the construction of a large warehouse and production facility. Following construction, all production will be moved to the new facility with the Thorne location housing only the corporate offices.
