I'm glad that everyone took Cool Guy's message to heart yesterday. I propose the following:
The 19th of every month will be declared a "Chill Day" in Mount Augusta. Persons are encouraged to refrain from infighting, petty squabbling, and inciting violence.
Failure to comply will not be considered a crime but any crimes committed on "Chill Day" will be persecuted as per the Criminal Code.
It's a national holiday of sorts (something I actually haven't seen in other civcraft countries).
