Buildings along Embassy Row, come under a protected status meaning that they cant be derelicted under normal procedure.
A vote must be posted in the Mount Augusta subreddit and 3/4 of the vote must agree to the derection of a building.
If the building is an embassy then the nation that the embassy represents must be contacted to request dereliction of the building, once 3/4 of the vote agrees and there is confirmation from a person in government from the nation that the embassy can be removed then the building can be removed.
All empty land on embassy row is state owned, and any further buildings must be embassies.
Current buildings that would be protected by this bill are:
Embassies from Loveshack
Orion
Goodsprings
Lenningrad
Bryn
East Ridge
And the 1.0 Mount Augusta Monument
Edit: not part of the bill, jus to avoid confusion:
Note, Loveshack has land bordering the road, but as this is owned by Loveshack, Mount Augusta law does not apply there.
