If this bill is passed, as off September 1st 2014 the following applies:

All persons traveling on roads within Mount Augusta territory must stay to the left hand side of the road if the road is 2 blocks or wider.
All road signs must be on the left.
Any persons breaking this law will be forced to take a walking on the left course to help teach them the ways of walking on the left.
Continued breaking of the law can lead to fines or banned use of roads.
