Post Body

OK, so before I put this to a vote for a new bill I want some input and feedback as hopefully we can get it through all at once rather than doing each part as a different bill.

Here are the Land Reforms I propose:

  1. Land claims of an area larger than 30x30 must be posted on the subreddit with a picture of the proposed site and a description of the plans for it. Voting will then take place in the comments over a 48 hour period, if more then 75% of the votes are yes then the person can build, the person is allowed to reserve the plot while voting is commencing.
  2. Any buildings along Embassy Row must be embassies and have permission from the mayor to proceed building.
  3. Any plans to build in the designated CBD must have confirmation from the mayor or a person that the mayor has chosen to delegate to.
  4. Any terraforming beyond minor changes must be posted in the subreddit and voted on in the same style as large land grabs. If no post is made, other citizens can post and ask for it to be changed back to how it was before the change and voting will commence. Note, if another citizen makes this claim, it must be done within 3 days of the change.
  5. Failure to follow these claims could lead the claim being removed and a dereliction process subject to the mayor.
  6. Any points omitted in this bill but relates to the topics covered will be settled by the current mayor until a specific bill has been passed.

Open to any changes or additions.
