Have you ever wondered what life as a peasant in Hong Kong, living in Kowloon Walled City was like? Well, now you have.

Modeled after the real life parallel, and inspired off the work of Jon2600 on 1.0, New New Kowloon aims to create an interesting residential dynamic. In doing this, we will create a beautifully chaotic and cramped city within the 40x40 plot. However, there are a few building codes:

1. You only own the actual blocks of your build,

2. Your build must not excede 10 blocks on each dimension,

3. Your build cannot intefere with other builds without their permission (no waterfalls),

4. Your build can't go over the plot boundaries,

5. No fire, lava or TNT.

In addition, passive aggressive building is encouraged, and anyone can build so long as they follow the regulations.
