This is directed towards GTAIVisbest, mayor of Augusta.

As per the Mount Augusta Constitution, I ask for you to arbitrate the constitutional issue between the existing document and this bill.

The constitution specifies the following:

The Mayor will function as the highest ranking arbiter; though any parties in conflict can name any third party as their arbiter, any and all appeals go to the Mayor.

As this is a matter of the constitution, I feel that this is the appropriate action to take.

I would ask that this bill be put on hold from being enacted until myself and Frensin can present our cases for the legality of the proposed bill, or lack thereof, to a GTAIVisbest for his decision.

This does not require a popular vote, simply the acceptance of GTAIVisbest. I am simply positing it here for maximum transparency.
