HOWEVER, the mayor has the tie breaking vote, as outlined in the Constitution. I hate for it to end in such a contentious manner, but Yonder_Hoebag is mayor, thus his vote for GTA breaks the 23-23 tie, and GTAIVisbest is the new Augustan mayor!

As per the Augustan constitution, there will need to be a reelection for this position!
