At this point and time, kaylaxovuu has not asked for a trial, nor has she been online for me to remind her of that right. Still, I have gone ahead and made a request of extradition thread to see if there are any other claims.

I'm going to get in touch with these people with claims to see if they would actually like to take the pearl after she serves her sentence, but in the meantime, I thought I'd give you all a heads up on the claims and a reminder of how this process works.

Claims are as follows:

She didn't cause me any material damage, but she attacked a friend and I while we were farming pearls in the End, which was annoying as fuck. I'm not even making a claim, as I don't have proof. I'm just glad she's pearled again.

She attacked me unprovoked while I was in the end. She was just RDM'ing me while I was attempting to farm pearls on the main island. No screenshots, sorry.

I was in the end for all of 10 minutes, and she punched me to death. I have no screens but I demand an e-hug for my e-booboo as reparation.

She/he killed my friend while farming pearls for us. Well, truthfully he never got to farm pearls as he was attacked the moment he spawned in the end so I wasnt able to /ppr him. I dont think he would seek any reparations, Ill mention it to him. Not very nice Kayla. Remember when I gave you Iron thinking you were a needy noob? You probably dont but I did....

She tried to convince me to grief Augusta on the assumption that I was HCF. Apparently she sympathizes and seeks to work with them. Oh and she promised me good gear and never delivered. :P This is a testimony without claims.

And here's how this whole process works, according to the Constitution:

Where claims exist outside of Mt.Augusta's borders, the claimant may post a claim for the pearl on the Mount Augusta subreddit with evidence. A vote will be held by residents of Augusta. A 3/4 vote in favour of extradition is required, at which point the Bailiff is responsible for the handing over of said pearl to the claimant once the imprisoned have served their time and paid reparations for the previous case.

Since nearly all of these crimes are murder, I would remind you about the burden of proof in Augusta for murder, something to consider when handling these claims:

Preponderance of the Evidence: This burden is met if the proposition is more likely to be true than not true.
