This bill aims to remove Article 2 of the Griefing and Police Act from the Augustan Constitution, while retaining Article 1.

The Article to be repealed under this bill is as follows:

Article Two:

A police force will be established. The leader of the police force, a captain if you will, will be an elected official with an indefinite term. This term may be terminated by a popular vote. There will be four other police members appointed by the captain. Members may supply their own equipment or be provided with a full set of iron armor and a sword or bow. The theft of equipment will be punishable by immediate termination from the force, immediate termination of Augustan citizenship and 2 weeks in the end. The police force is designed to enforce laws, and to a lesser extent, defend Mt. Augusta. They will generate revenue for Mt. Augusta by pearling those with bounties who come into Mt. Augusta. The Mayor has final say in all police matters.
