Self explanatory in the title, as it seems we're getting invaded every other day now, we should have something to help us fight back. Of course we've one every conflict, but I think it can be done more efficiently before attackers revise tactics and weaponry. My suggestion, instead of a standing army, which would be too draconian, we build a weapons cache and organize a large but highly trustworthy group of people as a "militia" of sorts that have access to this deposit. In the deposit, paid for by any Augustan citizens willing to donate to this project, would be an assortment of enchanted weapons, armor and plenty of pearls.

In the time of invasion/war, citizens with access to this cache would be able to distrube weapons and rally a small counter-offense to dispose of invaders faster and more efficiently.

Decision of these caches will be discussed if this bill is passed, or in the comments now, but as I have just implied, there will be multiple.

EDIT: Splash potions will be used too, and the players with access to the vaults will be elected.
