Mr. Reddit I wanted to be on your subreddit for so long but I didn't have a run-in with the Karen but I just did and I'm so happy well I'm not happy but I get to be on your subreddit so yay. My story not to long or to great but i can post it here.

English is my first language but i luke to mess it up sometimes but i will try no to.

I live in a small town in New York not City but small town by it and it's relatively my nice but its still small and the town's neighboring are nice to.

I went out to my Walgreen's with my mother I'm 18 male just turned, and my mother went in to the Walgreen's to look around they have week sales and items on clearance got my favorite face cleansers there and i love it would recommend ( clearasil face pad 4 hour results) . So I'm in the car playing with my brand new airpods i just got them like today . So these group of 4 white boys walk past one with a large mountain bike and smacks the side mirror of the car. He look at the mirror with the face of (oh crap i hope no one saw that) i saw that . With my own eyes. I call him out for the bike and he and his friends apologize profusely. I'm a 5,5 black male with a high voice but i have enough control of it to deepen it so i did. When i called out the kid he was generally scared due to the bass in my voice saying "are you serious bro. You just hit the car come on now". [Karen enters.... i wanted so long to type this] Karen :you boys there stop. You hit this young womans car come back now.

I have long hair shoulders length and i had a silk head rag on. She didn't hear my voice deepen so i went to my normal tone "miss its ok no damage" karen replies"hell no these white shits need to pay for this" karen was white so i was a little confused.

Karen goes on about the fact these kids have done it before and she's over it. "Miss please my car is fine there is no need for it i appreciate" Karen didn't listen to me at all she said "miss we women have to stand together. These boys have to pay for their misdeeds" she called the police. Police showed up and my mom came running out the store cause she thought me and the woman had a run in not the kids. I told her what happened and she said ill be back she went back in to finish. Police come up to me a karen "what the problem here miss" at this point my masculinity was being compromised but i stayed quiet. Karen goes on to say"these boys hit my car and her car to. He then threatened to smash in my windows if i didn't drive away.". I was like (no she didn't just do that. She didn't. Am i here in these problem. Who are you lady) the police look as confused as i did he turned to ask me what i heard and saw karen intervened and said "of course she did why would she lie". I thought the same thing, why is this woman lying. The police run karen licence plates as well my my moms . The police returns to say "well miss it says you have a incident like this reported before around the same area " he turned to me and said "your mom is a good and safe driver" i was relieved that it felt like it was ending. The news with the police and black people doesn't always seem like the best situation to be in and I was a little frightened.

The police pulled karen and me away, i approached the kids and told them i had no affiliation to karen. They laughed and said ok i told them to be careful around cars cause people really care about them. Police dispersed the parties boys ran off police drove off and i got back in my car. Karen approached me and said "i nearly had them. I shoulda said you did it at least someone would pay for the injustice done here" i jumped out my car and deepen my voice saying things like "I'm a dude dummy" "racist moron" "grotesque pig with a uneven bob cut " she in shock got in her car and drove away. My mom walked out to hear the grotesque pig comment and saw the woman drive away. I told her why i did it and she slapped me in the mouth and responded with "you had a reason but she is your senior be mindful of how you say it and that was disrespectful. I didn't raise you to be disrespectful like that don't let me catch you doing that again" and with that the story in over. Thank you so much for reading this, i had fun writing this.
