Hi! I’m Kiki, I’m 23, and currently live in NYC, with a HHI of ~$600k. Due to a complicated health issue, and for my love of the outdoors/running/sports, I’m looking to move to somewhere much warmer! I’ve currently narrowed it down to LA and Miami.

I’m wondering where I can have better quality of life (bigger house in affluent areas, less money spent on groceries, warmer climate/weather) with my salary and have more money left in my pocket at the end of the day for investing in hobbies, traveling, etc.? Due note that I have an electric car, so gas prices aren’t really relevant to me, and neither is the difference in state income tax.
