I'm pretty sure I've been fired from my job. To keep this short, I had my cluster headache season early this year, and it caught me off-guard. Wasn't able to work and was given 30 days to get well. I used those 30 days and was able to come back, but my employer said I needed a mental note from my doctor that I was ready to come back to work. The issue is that I technically never saw my doctor for my issue as I was handling it on my own. So basically, I went through a bunch of hoops to get a piece of paper for another month (HR would not let me come back without that note). I finally got the note, and my manager said they would get back to me on it with HR, but I noticed that my Regal app switched back to default and my employee pass is no longer there.
So, I'm pretty sure I'm dead meat. But if I want to work at another theater or job, how do I if I'm fired? If I try to apply to another theater, won't they just pull up my records and see I was fired from another theater? BTW, this was my first job.
