Hi! So I'm finding two art films by the same director about certain social issues such as race/ethnicity, gender/sexuality, generation/culture or religion. This is for my final term paper for a class. I watched Amelie and A very long engagemnt by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, while they're both movies that I enjoy and I highly recommend, it just doesn't fit into the task's guidelines (or I may have overlooked both films, if by so, please tell me). A short plot or synopsis would be very helpful. thank you very much!
