Need a very down to earth fake documentary

I have a friend that hates movies, she only watches documentaries. I wanna try and broaden her catelogue a bit. Can anyone think of a fake documentary that feels absolutely real and doesn't reveal its fiction at all?
Needs to be believable and not broach anything obviously fake like as above so below (as much as I love that film, she wouldn't buy it lol). Just realistic and believable to someone who only watches documentaries.
