In Pain & Gain (2013) Mark Wahlberg's character, Daniel Lugo, has his name as David Lowenstein during a Medicare fraud attempt. Later in the movie, when he was caught pretending to be a doctor, he introduces himself as Dr. Lowenstein to another doctor who catches him.
