This is the only style I can afford (?)

Looking for advice. 29M and I can't grow a full beard, so I can only style what I got. Curly mid-lenght hair, big nose and tired of this style. If I shave it all I look too young but I'm looking for a style that give me "character". It's almost 6-7years I got this style and I'm tired. Any advice for a new look would be much appreciated!
