The 3 mice I've had recently: a Steel Series Rival 110 (broke), the Logitech G502 Hero (broke), and now the Cooler Master MM711 (daily driver). Prior to that I had Chinese gaming mice after using the one from a cooler master keyboard combo years ago.
The MM711 was the first mouse I bought actually looking for something even remotely close to endgame. I knew I wanted to try ultra light after pushing around the Logitech brick. I love the weight, but it's too small, however, the biggest issue is the distance and pressure required to actuate the switches compared to the 502 Hero.
It's a chore to spam sometimes and even throws off aim. When I had the Logitech, the switches were so sensitive and had such a short actuation distance that I would sometimes even fire by mistake. However, this was still better than the mushy, heavy, long-distance MM711 switches.
Can anyone relate? Is there a mouse out there that is slightly larger than the MM711, maintains an ultra light weight, but with better M1 and M2 buttons?
Funny enough, the Rival 110 was actually a really good all around mouse for the price at only $30. It was no where near endgame, but I liked it for what it was. Now I'm ready to get serious about this particular category of peripheral.
I've already gone down other rabbit holes mechs, speakers, headphones, pens etc. I'm just late to the mouse game, but I want endgame here too. Will you be my guide?
EDIT: 19 x 10 palm grip for Tacital FPS (Valorant)
