Looking at the DreamMachine DM1 S Pro and

Hi there, I've been looking for a replacement to my Steelseries Sensei and some on this subreddit have suggested the mouse above. I like the shell for the sensei but I also really valued the fact that I can adjust my DPI accordingly to when I want it and the DM1 doesn't let me do that. Any recommendations to a mouse similar to it that works with a mac and also lets me change the DPI?
