Mionix Avior 8200 stuttering problem

My Avior I got last June fo rmy Birthday has been stuttering when I try to go up and to the right on certain occasions. It's like it doesn't want to move in that direction, but will go down or left just fine. I got a Steel series mousepad for Christmas and I thought this would be done with but it's still happening. Anyone know why?
Am I missing something about the mouse? Driver issue maybe?I installed the Mionix software hoping to fix the issue.
