I've been on Mounjaro since April*** and I am down 30 lbs (below 200 for the first time in my adult life). I have done this on diet alone (a couple of months ago I had COVID and I have struggled with fatigue since).
Anyway, I am going to start back to the gym next week. But the problem is is that I am NEVER hungry. I often get to the point where I have to force myself to eat because I will start feeling weak and such. I also drink Ensure when in an attempt to get calories/nutrition. But now that I am going back to the gym, I know that having some food is important, especially getting protein for muscle build. Any suggestions on things to eat?
***Since I was asked, I will clarify. I started Ozempic in April, and my doctor swapped me over to Mounjaro in June. Since they are similar, I originally just went with the date that I started the treatment rather than the date I started Mounjaro. Sorry.
