Mouth pain

I'm on week 3 of 2.5. Mounjaro has been life changing thus far. I've had a few quirky symptoms but the worst is mouth pain. I feel like I've drunk a scalding hot cup of coffee and just kept drinking through the pain. Anyone experienced a similar symptom had found some relief?
