Excess skin

Not sure if this belongs here but I didn’t know where else to ask. I’ve lost 80-100 lb over the last 17 months and am currently at 198, my goal is 160. However I have a bunch of excess skin around my midsection and have noticed some in my upper arms and thighs. Is there any way to measure this to determine how much of this last 40lb I really need to lose and how much is excess skin?
