About to take dose 3 of 2.5 and for the first time in a long time, Iām now under 300! Not like Iām going to celebrate with margaritas š but after just focusing on small changes this week- more water, smaller portions, actually declining dessert because I was full!- is showing me that things are working and moving in the right direction. I was so disheartened the first week, but I realized I was doing daily check-ins, which distracted me. Even after having Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) last night, it was portion-controlled and only ate one bowl of rice vs previously Iād have like 2-3 to tide me over. Iām so excited for seeing this number. And Iād been feeling better being IN my body this week overall (esp not obsessing over weight checking). 1% better than last week! Thanks for celebrating with me!
