40 pounds down, and 15% of my body weight gone! this is about 3 months of work. i have been happy on 7.5 for 2 months now!
i count calories every day to make sure i'm in a deficit of 500-800 calories from my tdee. i intentionally cycle my calories, so when i'm less hungry from my shot, i'll eat 1200-1400, and 1400-1600 later in the week. i'm not doing much exercise besides walking, and i'm on my feet at work for 8 hours a day.
i can't wait to see how much i lose this year!
