Maintenance dosage/food noise

Post Body

I’ve been on Mounjaro now for about a year (2.5 - 5mg) and I’m now using it for maintenance (spreading out pens to conserve supply - cycling between 2.5 and 5 each time).

Lately, I’m finding my food noise is coming back really strongly around day 4-5 of my doses and I’m wondering if I need to go up to 7.5.

Has anyone else who is using Mounjaro and now at maintenance experience anything similar? Did you up dose or just go back to taking more regularly (every week)?

Hoping now that zepbound is fda approved I don’t need to conserve my boxes like I was but knowing my employer based insurance still won’t cover this medication I want to be mindful of cost on-going.
