Defective injection?

Has anyone had a defective injection? I’ve been on Mounjaro for 6 months now, have only lost 24 lbs which, I’m grateful for. Moving slower because of insulin resistance (PCOS).
This weeks injection I feel like has not been effective at all, I feel starving, wanting to eat everything in sight.
This has never happened with any other injection.
Has anyone else experienced this?
