Anyone have recommendations of lifting v cardio? I was lifting when I started and have trailed off since I got some new treadmill that pays me to walk/run and seem to notice I am not losing as fast by the scale but look better. I saw somewhere that some doctor recommended 20 minutes of cardio a day to push things along but Iโm doing almost an hour with no weights. Just wondering what yโall do and/or suggestions.
