Does a 2012 R1200RT-P still have a functional horn if the siren speaker and/or the lights/siren brain are removed? I read the 2015’s horn is just the air horn function off the siren setup. If it’s not going to have a functioning horn without that, can the dealer just set up a civilian horn for me?
