Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me out with my situation. On October 1st, I damaged my phone and filed the claim, thankfully I had motocare so I just had to pay $50 for the replacement. On October 8, I received an email alerting me they had received my device. I was told I should receive my replacement within 5 business days. It has been 6 weeks and I have not received anything. I have called them multiple time and each time they would tell me something else. *Pay $50 again to receive xcode *You will not receive a xcode, your device is being built *Your device is built and just needs to be built, wait for tracking number *We (motorola) have not built your device *Warehouse is behind and we do not when your device will be ready. Just need to wait more. I am sick and tired of waiting I was wondering if any of you guys can help me out on what I should do. i was told I can not refund anymore, but I was wondering if I can chargeback on my card. Any help is appreciated!
