People who did manage to order - check your bank/credit card account page. You may have been charged twice (at least).

I was able to get on and order a Moto X Dev Edition around 11AM EST. Since then, I have a total of 8 charges from Motorola.
One for $524.63 ($0.10 more than the total on my receipt email)
One for $525.30 (no idea on this one, I only got one phone)
Six for $1 each (wat)
There's a chance the charges were placeholders/tests and will disappear, but you may want to contact your financial institution if they don't disappear within a week.
