GY6 engine won't start

I have just rebuilt a fuel injected Gy6 engine for a lexmoto enigma. I can't get it to start I had it going once but the idle speed was too low and it cut out. It cranks over and it starts to fire but doesn't quite catch. There is defiently fuel, spark, air and compression. I think it is the air fuel mixture. I have set the valves would changing those make a difference to the mixture? Everything seems right but I can't think why it won't fire. Any advice is wanted thank you.
