Time wasting buyers

I’ve been trying to sell my 125 recently, as I passed my A2 back in October and finally have enough money for a bigger bike. Had a viewing arranged for today, not been able to contact the guy until 5pm when he finally picks up the phone.
He says 8.30, I get there for 8.25.
Been there for over an hour, in -2c. Not able to contact him at all, won’t pick up the phone or reply to texts. I’m absolutely fuming. Has this ever happened to any of you guys?
