Advice needed, can I ride with this break in the exhaust?

Hello, as per the title I had this break happen today and now the bike sounds very loud. I am worried about whether or not I can ride it. Can someone please advise as I am fairly new to this. If anyone has recommendations on who can weld this back on for a reasonable price near Portsmouth I would be very grateful.
