A judge would probably not be thrilled that she's posting about the whole process, but also just having the paperwork to apply for an order isn't as damning as she wants it to be.
I've filed a peace order (like a restraining order but for an unrelated person) for harassment before, and she is in no way guaranteed to have anything granted, especially with all these videos out there showing her shoving her father-in-law and shrieking like a banshee. With my peace order, I had to meet a particular threshold of evidence before a judge to even get the peace order granted, and he is well within his rights to file against her as well.
