Looking for someone that is actually educated in law or in research for crimes. Wondering the conviction rate of a murder without a weapon or confession? I know there have been cases where there is plenty of evidence but without either of those a lot of the evidence can be dismissed leading to no conviction because there is doubt. How much evidence would it take for there to beyond a reasonable doubt according to our laws?
