Type of loan for remodeling after just getting mortgage?

Thanks to everyone here for helping me get my mortgage. I just made my first mortgage payment for May. I put 18% down. I’m interested in doing around $50,000 or remodeling to get rid of carpets and a few kitchen counter and appliance upgrades. What type of loan should I get for this? Or is this something I’ll just need to put on credit cards? Obviously I don’t have equity in my home right?
Any suggestions on the lowest interest for home improvement type stuff after mortgage?
