I’m getting ready to buy my first home in the spring. I’ve done a lot of reading up, and everyone here has been insanely helpful.
Is there a process timeline that goes into buying a home? I understand how to get a mortgage but I hear a lot of steps mentioned that aren’t quite clear. Make an offer?Escrow? Closing? When do I get keys? What’s typical escrow?
Basically what we the traditional steps after I view a house and decide I want to buy it?
I’m having trouble finding a good article online that outlines them.
