Hi All
I am applying for a loan using USDA Rural program, my question is are foreclosure properties eligible and if it is possible to purchase a home without an agent?
I also had a question about mortgage insurance avoidance, does the down payment have to be 20% or just something down for example maybe 6-10%?
What is the best resource for researching historic home values and forecasting? I hear Zillow and Tru are really inflated and unrealistic.
