Best FHA Streamline ReFi Lenders

Hi! Current FHA rate is 7.125 (from November 23'). My current Mortage Company, Guild, called me and said I can do a Streamline ReFi for 6.175.
Wondering what everyone has seen for FHA Streamline Rates recently, can I hit 5%? Credit will be in a better place in 12 months, and then will explore a ReFi without PMI through FHA, but if I can hit 5% ish I think it may be worth it to do a streamline refi now.
